May I ask if any of you know the equivalent of Small Claims court, should a similar thing exist in Spain ?

Ive asked the locals and a Spanish friend who says you have to use a lawyer.

There is an EU wide small claims up to €5000 that I used a few years ago pre-Brexit to get a few hundred euro I was owed from an English business in France. Ah just checked it out and it’s just a cross borders thing. I will leave this post up though for information for others.
