Omnistor 5002 locking assembly replacment

One end of our Omnistor 5002 awning sticks when winding out. There are 2 sprung loaded green latches one each end. Looks like one has been held up with a screw on the winder end and the free end moves ok, but occasionally sticks. Anyone replaced these.

Not changed anything on mine but would recommend seeking technical support if it needs removing to swap, I was amazed how heavy they are. Mine was swapped due to accidental damage , I could barely move it on my drive after removal

I don't think I need to remove the Awning, probably just the end caps to access the locks.
