We use an Omnia stovetop and this morning just as an experiment at home I made some of my usual Soda Bread in it 
The results were Fantastic
Here it is whilst baking.....
I have said it before and I'll say it again, if you like to bake,cook etc but don't have an oven onboard then you could do a whole lot worse than get one of these:
