I want to go to the Olivers mount road races , need a decent site wit access for my MOHO and motorcycle trailer ,, and reccomendations within 4 miles of scarborough ????

also booking for 2025 IOM TT need advice on good site for Moho , trailer bike etc and ferry bookings , have not been since 1993 due to overseas work but now retired i can plan for 2025

Try haven between scarborough and filey. Have both camc and ccc but they will be more expensive

i have been trying to use CAMC website and my membership to book but its useless , you fill imn dates sites info and accept and it does Nothing ,,,

You can stay in the middle of the circuit, it's a big grass field. It is soft though so if it rains too much it's a problem.

Only ferry is IOM Steamracket which currently leaves from Heysham only with MH.
They are building new terminal in Liverpool just up from liver building were the current jetty is. (Should of been ready 2024) This new terminal will take MH.

If you want to go TT 25 you might be too late? Or, if your happy to go 2-3 weeks prior to TT dates you will get a reasonable price. During TT period you will get striped up, paying £900 for 7.5mtr.
Get your ferry booking and I can let you know some sites depending on what you want?

Have you considered camping on Oliver mount.
They usually have on site night time entertainment and a bar in the two football pitches.
Also gives you full access to the racing

Yes I have stayed on circuit many times, good idea (y)

I've worked there a few times and stay on site with everyone that races

We always have a good weekend at Cadwell park when the bike racing is on, cheaper than Scarborough and free camp field. The Bob Smith Cup at Oliver's Mount in April is getting a bit too expensive really 😔

For IOM ferry i have to call by phone as MH and trailer is 9.7m ,, I doubt i will be able to get a booking as I can only spare 10 days max

I phoned IOM Steam Racket ,, i dont have a hope with a van or trailer unless I stay 3 weeks for TT so thats out and they still wanted £575 ,, rip off buggers , maybe in 2026???? i would rather go to Europe

Booking period for TT26 is one week before start deate of TT25 on Monday 26th may 2025.

Unfortunately, the price will only go up unless you can have an extended trip before tt starts till after it finishes.
The ferries are rammed every year.

I went for the TT in 1976....
Ferry was £9 for me and the bike.
7 nights in a Douglas promenade hotel in a shared room was around £19
