They all say that, but think of the extra admin cost and the bus into town for the wire brush & rattle can.
Both of which are included in the 50% extra 'premium' price.

I think you'll find they were strictly for the Tuvalu market but there may be some grey imported ones.

I can get them fitted with floggletoggles + a clack valve from an old steam train, if that helps?
