Hi, it will be our first attempt at going off grid in a couple of weeks. But easing ourselves into it by staying on a site, Los Narajos at Los Alcazares for 3 nights. Questions are what to use on gas or 12v.
Kettle,..gas
Hot water...gas
Fridge.. 12v or gas
Heating..gas if needed
Would we be able to use an airfryer
Tv is 12v
Anything else to think about, there seems to be a vast experience on here. Thanks

We are in Portugal with 700 watts of solar, at this time of year run the fridge on gas, it’s about 17 amps @ 12 volt to run the fridge more if we do it through the inverter. The weather has not been too good yesterday and today so watched a fair bit of tv charged 2 phones and iPad bat down to 50% this morning (200 amps lithium) as its mild the fridge won’t use a lot of gas. Whatever amount of battery you have the power to charge them has to be found. We are getting 11 amps from 700 watts of solar as I type this. Forgot we are also running a Dometic CX35 freezer at -18c

Thanks for the replies, we are on a site with EHU if i flatten the battery. It's a learning curve for us. Our battery is lithium, 6000w if im reading it right with a 3000w combi inverter 🤔.
