For this one you realy need the info from someone who has actualy done it. Multiecuscan and Alfaobd are supurb software for Fiats but Peugeot citroen use the same body ecu (known as BCM fiat BSI peugeot) and some TPMS but only certain years, there is even more variation in the ECM that could be used.

I have an Autel and a Topdon diagnostics. The Autel system i had to pay for updates and it only covers major European cars, excluding French and Italian makes. Hence when I bought a hyundai and an Alfa, I invested in the Topdon system. Updates are free and covers most manufacturers. I am well pleased with both, the Autel interface is probably slightly more intuitive though.
I also have a Topdon battery tester and again, well pleased. All I will say is when you choose a reader, look carefully at what it can do as often some will reset somethings others don't, so know what you want to reset.
Bottom line is often more you spend more features you will get and sods law says you may not need a feature now but in 6 months you will. I can thoroughly recommend Topdon though.

I lowered my pressure to the recommended for my axel load, then reset the TPMS that removed the warning light and messages,
It’s now a indirect TPMS system so when pressure is different to what is expected by the computer
It brings up a light and warning messages to check your pressure,
