Auto trail Savannah 2013.
Arrived on site last night with water spluttering from taps when first turned on, (was working ok yesterday, sounds similar to when first filled after all tanks emptied for storage) ran it last night and intermittent supply which eventually worked. Re filled fresh water tank this morning, pump sounds a bit quieter than normal but with no water coming out of kitchen, bathroom, shower or flush on toilet? Probably some sort of air lock?
All thoughts and advice appreciated.

No water coming out under van, (apart from when fresh water filled up (overflow))

Might be worth opening one tap and sucking on it to pull the water out to get it going it might prime it enough to make it work.

If your water pump is external to the water tank, ensure there is no air leak in the pipe from the tank to the pump.

look at the perspex strainer on the suction side of the pump to see it there is air getting in. If not disconrct the pressure side to see if water comes out. Rollingwheels is a good shout, I have done this in the past to get things moving.

The water pump is under the bed (in the garage) I left the tank heater (agitator I think) on the control panel on (pump off) and went for a walk.
Turned pump on and got about 4 litres of water out the kitchen tap and 1 or two out the bathroom tap and then the water stopped again, almost like it’s letting the water that has defrosted through?

No luck with opening the cap, Still getting a bit of flow after leaving it for an hour or so but not working properly.

Am beginning to think that may be a sensible suggestion (it is 11 years old,)

Thanks for all your replies and assistance

I have the same problem today.
Pump working, tank full, but ALSO when I flick the yellow switch to empty the boiler no water comes out
I have had the heating full on for 2 days, some don’t think it is a frost issue
