No electrics in hab area

I have lost all power in hab area after switching off the main switch in the fuse box area. Despite checking all fuses (all okay) and trampoline and 10am fuse by main battery (all okay) I can’t get any power in habitation area. Am not using the van atm so am at home and nothing is being used, but cannot drive as I can’t retract the side step. Any suggestions please?

Sorry for any confusion. I am not used to using this or any other site for help so wasn’t sure how to use a “thread”. Hope I haven’t confused others too. Technology is something I’m still getting to grips with, but thank you for responding earlier.
