I understand there are a few "New" members going to this meet,,,, so as an Ice breaker and a get to know us all...

How`s about a get together in the Marquee, about 7pm on Friday 17th..

I`ll supply a few boxes of "Wine" and some Crackers and Various Cheese`s..

Just bring a glass and if your Posh a plate... And if you have any out of date "Wine" hidden in your M/Home and want to get rid of it.... Bring it along...

Are there plans for an American Supper on the Saturday evening? Need to know whether to get ingredients on the way up. Have a couple of recipes that haven't yet been tested - could try them out on [STRIKE]drunken[/STRIKE] willing Funsters.

Bookings for the Newbury Show have now closed.:Sad: You can pay on the gate, but will probably be parked up in the General Camping area and not with MotorhomeFun. You are however welcome to walk over to the Funsters pitch to say hello and to participate in any of the activities.:thumb:

Never stayed overnight at a show before so a few simple questions.
Is fresh water available on site or should I bring a full tank.
I dare say that there are facilities for disposal for grey and black water somewhere.

I dont think the weather dampens the spirit of ralliers.... It`s the people that make a rally...

And I think that having Jim`s Marquee type get together tent helps enormously....

I think if more basic Rally`s were put on in a field or what ever at a reasonable price per night, you would still get the same amount turn up... It`s been proven in the past, and by the amount of people putting their names down for the few basic Rally`s that have been put on this year.. Look at "Scotjimland`s" rally at Wildmans site, a list of ralliers as long as your arm.. :thumb:

The show is just an added bonus... :thumb:
