I think we'll only be going as day visits this time round, as we'll probably take my Mum as she really enjoyed the last one (at Lincoln) that we took her to but she won't stay overnight anywhere so staying for the weekend is out of the question, besides which she snores worse than my hubby and that's saying something!

If it snows again, though, who's up for a snowball fight!!!

That would have been a nice 1st trip out in our new Hymer but we are having a sneaky 2 weeks in Goa in March so I've booked Peterborough as that falls on the day I start my early retirement so big celebrations that weekend!!:thumb:

Hi Jim, could you please add us to the list, I have just booked the weekend camping. We are relatively new to MotorhomeFun having subscribed last month. This will be our first outing with the Funsters if you'll have us. We actually saw the fantastic turnout at Misterton last year, when we had to pitch our caravan on Phil and Christine's garden, the last space available. That turned in to one expensive weekend, Sheryl had me looking for a Motorhome as soon as we left.
Looking forward to Newark, it looks like a great weekend.

Not sure why you thought you had to phone, you just book online and when you get to the bit on clubs you select Fun and put your membership number. I believe the discount is £2. This will then make sure you are allocated a pitch with Funsters :thumb:
