I was in Newark all last weekend and up till Wednesday everywhere is soggy - I am not sure it will be on!

Newark show ground is one of the best for wet weather as it has lots of hard tracks and roads, unlike Knutsford :rain:

i will not get there Till Late Friday
see you all at some point
drive safe

I remember our first time there just after fun had formed it was the first fun Newark meet .I talked tick 59 and ding ray in to coming as well as Nikkis mum and dad...

By morning on the Sunday I needed a boat to get to any of them,,,,

The show went on though :thumb:

forecast is light rain from friday onwards but never mind at least it wont be a dry weekend :Rofl1::Laughing::Laughing:

The weather is putting things in serious doubt for us. We travelled that way on Sunday and it was snowing followed by heavy rain. The ground was soaking. More rain and snow is forecast. Hubby's disabled scooter won't cope. Not sure what to do for the best. Cold, wet and bogged down ain't that much of a fun prospect.

weather

Why is every body worrying about the weather, :Rofl1: I thought the funsters were hardy and in the mood for partying,:Rofl1: dont worry about the weather, lynn will have the kettle on if you get cold on your way round the show. :thumb:

Oh heck ... I've been doing some more bits and pieces on the van today and took the canoes out as I didn't think I'd need them ... d'ya think I should put them back in???

Hi, looks like we won't get to Newark.
I've just joined the very expensive Hymer shattering headlight club, started the van up, walked around it to check everything and bang, the headlight glass went into thousands of bits.. I've read about it before, never gave it a thought.

Hope you all have a good time.
