I did a quick forum search for you and came up with this post quoted below however looking them up on the web the first two are closed for the winter.
This is the website for the one at Uig, it says B&B open all year but doesn’t say about the campsite. Worth giving them a ring

Hope you husband gets well soon.

“We visit Skye most years. The C&CC club site is really good but there is another nice site at Dunvegan, and if you don't need power there are loads of places to park up. Beautiful island, try a drive up round the north coast. Another site at Uig is useful if you are waiting for a ferry. Hope the weather is good for you, a number of times we have got to Kyle of Lochalsh and just turned around, couldn't see the island, but we have been going for over thirty years now.
