Hi all
We are going to France on December 20th skiing in Montchavin and Les Menuires. Then traveling back home with a train crossing on New Year’s Day at 11am. So just wondering if anyone has a good aire or suitable spot preferably within 2hrs of Calais?would like to go out for a drink and maybe food, we also have 2 small dogs in tow with us.
St Quentin has an aire and looks ok but what are your thoughts or suggestions please?
Cheers Keith

We have been to Bergues a number of times and this town is very much a party town in our view.
Without having done a NYE it would be one of the towns I would head for after checking to make sure they had a party on. Also check Gravelines to see if their Xmas fair is still on, Arras would be another but might be 2 hours +

As mentioned above. Arras. Massive aire that is good in all weather and Christmas market across two large town squares. About an hour and half from Calais.

We are doing Brugge we think this year. 👍🏻
