It's the box that connects to the cab 12v battery, the hab 12v battery and all your onboard 12v devices like the pump. It also contains the mains charger. It's also the main fuse box for everything.
It's one of the older types of Elektroblock (EBL). The battery connections are in Block C. They are doubled up to share the battery amps between the pins. The outputs (Ausgang) are via Block A and Block B, protected by the fuses (Sicherungen) below.
The EBL is 12V electrics only. Apart from the inbuilt mains charger obviously. There should be a separate consumer unit for the 240V mains supply, with double pole RCD and breaker. Worth checking to see if it has an RCD, it's more or less essential for safety nowadays. You can tell an RCD because it's a trip switch with a 'Test' button. The other type (MCB) don't have a test button. Usually easy to fit an RCD if you don't have one.
