Hi, I have replaced the leisure battery on my Fiat Bessacarr. When plugged into the electric it looks to be charging but as soon as its taken off charge the voltage goes to Zero. Any ideas ? I have read that it could be a fuse ?

It does look blown at the top of the ZNot a good photograph, but I would say it is blown.
There is this 40amp orange one near to the leisure battery , doesn't look blown but then I am not great with these things!View attachment 896932
I'm sure as others have said it's the fuse. But note it's not 13A, it's 13.7V. That's the output voltage of the mains charger. I don't know if your setup is able to measure amps, but if it was, I'm sure it would read zero for charging the battery. When the electric is connected and the green charge button pressed on the Sargent psu, if I press the select button it shows leisure battery 13a but when I take off charge it goes to zero
