new burner connections not the same ?????

New burner delivered for my fridge,, first problem is I ordered it with jet and no jet came ,,

second problem is its different electrical connections for the igniters and different mounting on burner ,, not compatible and its not what i ordered from the photos on suppliers website ,, looks like im stuffed as I have tickets for racing in Scarborough on Friday for 4 days ,, and now unless i can get this fridge fixed its not going to happen as ther is no EHU on site

any suggestions

Not unknown for suppliers to use generic photographs,you really need to get the correct part number to order based on the information sticker inside the fridge.

i sent them the correct damn part number and fridge model,, and what they showed me in their website was exactly same as old unit,,,

They have now told me im wrong , and the part they have sent is correct ,, which it clearly is not, its completely different I have now told ebay i want a refund ,, but now I have probably got to cancel my holiday

I now have to find another supplier and try and get the part by tommorow ??? Im near Cirencester any ideas who might have one nearby ..

Ok Supplier admits they got it wrong and will refund me on ebay which they will do ,, but they also dont have stock of correct item , problem is I now have to order the correct pasrt

In my area Evri are renowned for non-delivery and such was my case. However, because the courier (fraudulently) posted on the tracking; ‘securely delivered to back door’ (I have no back door) both the seller and eBay refused point blank to refund me. I had to instigate a charge back claim with my credit card provider.

EBay were not interested in any kind of proof that my house has no back entrance or door, only a front door which is only accessible by electronic gates that record all visitors.

That's why I use paypal. Much more likely to get a satisfactory result as a consumer.

OK jacksons at the wirral have one in stock and i can divert by them tommorow and get it then i can fit it and head over to Scarborough for friday ,,, No jets in stock , but i have the old KZ16 jet so should be ok ...

went t jacksons on the wirral from cirencester , got the burner put the old jet in and fitted in 10 mins , now all working properly . now parked up in york , get to olivers mount races at scarborough in the morning
