this is it at the moment

I need a new list of attendees, when your coming and how long for. Currently NO EHU's available till approx tues 5th June. The further into the week the more hook ups will be available.

I have checked with the club and they will allow generators on to top up batteries. Neighbours will need to be considered so please do not run them before 9am and after 9pm.

There is every chance we will get consessions on our prices, but unfortunately the site owner is away till that weekend, so if i tell you worst case scenario then the final price will be a bonus!

As previously posted by Carl he can no longer attend, this is very short notice but I am guessing the exchange and bart piece will no longer happen. But hey if you got something to sell bring it along I am sure as funsters we can rally round and sort something out. It is a bueautiful part of the country, many lovely places to visit. So please do not be put off with current events and still come along, we will have fun that is mandatory and hopefully Jim will still come and also fetch his marquee for a general night meeting place. Sunshine has been booked, and we will do bacon butties on Sunday morning.

and then i lose the plot!!!

So, there will be oppurtunitys for peeps to recharge batteries

We wouldn't need a hook up, but it looks like we would only be able to attend for the weekend, and looking at the map, its a long way for a short stay! So pencil us in, and we'll make a decision in the next couple of days. :thumb:

Well done for taking the bull by the horns and opting to take this on at such short notice. I hope my little phone conversation with you this morning helped :Wink:

Sadly, it's all come a bit too late for the HAGANAPs.

The uncertainty of this happening, not happening happening not happening and now happening has meant we have opted to sort a little get together out a little more local.

I do hope that you enjoy yourselves and as you said on the phone this morning, its a beautiful place and we could not do it justice for a weekend, which is now all I have available after telling work it's not happening and opting to work the Monday and Tuesday.:Sad:


So again, well done for jumping in :thumb: you deserve upmost respect from those that do still attend. :Smile:

Due to circumstances totally beyond our control there may be limited use of EHU's purely to maintain a share amongst funsters who may need to top up your batteries or straighten your hair, so please bare with me on this.

Also looking for any spare Gazebos please as we will not have the use of a Marquee. Plus does anyone have a burning pit?

Anyone got any good Board Games?? could have a weekend tournament? Twister after a glass or two?? that would be funny!

If all else fails there is the Rugby Club itself on site!

Am also thinking that if the weather is looking good over the weekend then a communial BBQ will be on the agenda, so keep a look out on the weather and pack a little xtra meat and perhaps something for the sweeter toothed amongst you.

we have a gazebo and a wood burner also burco boiler for coffee n tea

Sorry to say i have to work most of the bank holiday but as it close to home i may pop by on the 6th June to meet fellow funsters (but only in the car) if thats ok.

I would like to say sorry to all, and big thanks to the stig for taken the horns really sorry to drop out but I am so busy with the business set up last year have not got the time I thought just got back from 10 days at grand designs show London, sashayed in my Motorhome first time I have had to use it with the birth of my son and setting up NRF .
I am really sorry to let you all down

Well done for taking this on Andrea & Jeff and good luck. Sorry we can't be with you. Sounds as though it's shaping up to be a really good meet - rugby scrums, twister, BBQs, red wine, not forgetting the mandatory bacon butties of course.:thumb:

FOLLOW A1/A1M. NORTH TAKE FIRST ALNWICK TURN OFF. BOTTOM OF SLIP ROAD TURN LEFT UP THROUGH RETAIL PARK. RUGBY CLUB IS UP ON LEFT. WHEN YOU GET NEAR ALNWICK LOOK TO YOUR LEFT AND YOU SHOULD SEE US DAFT GEORDIES AND FELLOW FUNSTERS UP ON THE RUGBY FIELD PRACTICING THE SCRUM.
 
Forgot to ask for EHU but if none available we should be ok if the sun is shining!
