I'm an oldbie MH number 10
Had a problem with my Sigma s34 alarm that was previously fitted to my MH..
Had someone round to look at it and it was condemned... very poorly fitted apparently.

Had a few quotes for a new one and ended up driving a million miles to Vanbitz.

Fitted yesterday by one of the vanbitz lads. AshVanBitz communicated well from the off.

Arrived the night before and spent the night on the lovely Cornish Farm site. Got greeted in the morning by one of the lads who was probably too knowledgeable about alarms, in fact he had that much knowledge he scared me :LOL::LOL:
He had a look around and we discussed all the additional options but not a bit of pressure to have them, just the reasons why we might consider them...

Spent the day working in the office and a few hours later it was done.

I then got the most comprehensive hand over ever. Both Nikki and I and Nikki not treated as a women and an irrelevant but involved in everything that was said. This is important because it was Nikki that wanted the alarm and generally takes care of security.

Job was done very well, very tidy with the old one removed.

Alarm seems to work really well...

Too often we say bad things about companies, but credit where credit is due.

Wouldn't hesitate in recommending..

Nice one, I will always praise a job well done.
Not enough of it goes on imho.

Had ours done by Eddie and Lyne Ashley was young then you right everything you would wish for and they still look after me now over 20 years later we had one on our hymer previously there’s nothing like going to bed pressing the alarm for night time and knowing you safe Thankyou all at Van Bitz👍

Had a vanbitz growler/non starter on every motorhome I’ve ever owned, wouldn’t have a motorhome without one. They’re the best, aftersales (only needed once) is second to non👍👍

Another shout out for the excelent Vanbitz team. After taking the Camper for its first service at a local Fiat professional dealer the Vanbitz fitted tracker failed to operate. Popped the van back to Vanbitz fortunately very local to me and after testing, recrimping, and undertaking a full system reset all was sorted whilst I waited.
Simply first class after sales.👍
