Also, check for any debris as much as possible, if it’s new it could be a loose fitting or screw. Some curtain wire would be flexible enough to go down all the pipes?

As it seems to be on all outlets either there's an issue with the waste tank or it could simply be normal as they don't drain as quickly as domestic home outlets, ours aren't exactly speedy.

Hi we have just done a test with 3lt of water in the sink and timed it emptying.. 1st time 6 minutes
2nd time 1 min 50 seconds
3 rd time 4 minutes 23 seconds with air bubbles coming up. We don’t think that is acceptable, we are booking in back in to the dealer asap, but talking to the dealer by phone he says you have slow drainage or a smell!!

h kaynes I expect you have waste water smell traps fitted to the waste water outlet pipes which work well but do slow down the flow of the waste water.
It may be worth getting the dealer to check they are not slightly blocked though.

Not necessarily related but we had a similar problem with the drain in the bathroom, took it back to the dealer who claimed it was as designed (which turned out to be b-s), someone on another forum mentioned they had the same issue and had to cut a little out of the plastic pipe making up the water lock as it wouldn't flood the outlet and therefore took ages to empty.. To make things worse, there was no way to remove the tube why it took cutting into using a Dremel in situ, but made a big difference when it was done (Pilote)..

Sounds like some debris is preventing it draining properly, is it the same when you do the test in the shower and other sink?

Any possibility the waste tank is full/nearly full?
