Does anyone know if one of these on 02 would work on the 3 network

If you mean its sim locked to the 02 network then i suspect not wihout having it unlocked first.

An unlocked version should work on any network.

I've been told that they are not locked at all but if it is 02 and Three the same. I thing this could be sales talk I have been offers one 2nd hand

As far as I am aware the Net Gear Air Card is not locked to any network.

Mine that I have just bought works on either of my networks... Vodafone.Pt and Nos.
