Hi, I had a look for you and Apuljack Engineering list the Frankia (Also Groupe Pilote) version of this panel on their site. It looks identical, just with a Frankia badge replacing the Pilote. Listed as 264-2, I think.
Applejack should be very helpful for an English manual, but Schaudt didn't offer translations until relatively recently.
Otherwise, with a Google phone, using Google translate, point your camera at the manual page and it will show English(ish) on the screen.

I think you're unlikely to find an English manual for the EBL264-3. It's quite an old version, and the only info I can find on the website is a data sheet with connection wiring labels and a wiring diagram. Many of the words are easy to translate, like Batterie1 and Pumpe and Licht. If you are stuck on any of them post a list, I'm sure someone will know what they are. For example Hauptschalter = main switch, Kuhlschrank = fridge etc.

Hi I have the same MH and have trouble with the EBl cant get any 12 v to the panel checked the supply to the battery block and is ok Apuljack says check a 2 amp fuse near the liesure battery but for the life of me cant find one. The fuse block off the leisure battery is a multi fuse unit with the small fuse 10amps is there one in your unit?
