Were they working before or have never worked?
If never is there a connection in the A pillar kick trim that wasn’t connected or has come adrift?

hi mate no they haven't worked and we are 1100 miles round trip to dealer, was hoping it was something simple, I will check that out is that the pillar the door closes on to at passenger side

Inside the door where your feet go there will be a panel that can be removed somehow and inside this will be the connections for the door. There maybe one or several. Probably more than one if your central locking is working on that door. The wire will go from door to this area in a rubber tube to the vehicle body. Often wires can break in that tube, but that is after years of flexing so won’t be the case with yours.
