Need advice please...

Hi, have just joined and hoping for some help.
We have a Tessoro 413. We went away last weekend and on going to bed we suddenly realised the drop down bed was on the slope- i had forgotten to move the toaster!!!! We managed to get the bed back up for the night but it seems that the track that it runs in is now buckled. We go away again with our Granddaughters in 10 days .
Marquis near us can't get us booked in to take a first look at it until 2 days before we go away. Has anyone else made a similar booboo and had to have repairs done.

Sadly if you’d posted that at 9.20 AM! I would have had a look for you ,I was in Portsmouth !now on my way west (I live in Wales) so unable to help but I’m sure others will come along. Good luck

Check out their website.I have used them for all sorts of problems.
However they get very booked up. Hopefully they will be able to help you.
