Yes - going but not camping :) C&MC don't have a temporary campsite at the NEC this time & have read that all the nearby campsites are full but not rang around ourselves.

We are going but stopping with Jens Mum (she does have her uses) about 10 miles away.

That’s a shame isent it, long way for us, wonder why no ones doing the rallies, no wonder their not getting the people there.

We are going and apparently took the last place at Somer Park. We booked weeks ago. Keep trying as there could be cancellations.

The organisers are flogging a dead horse with this show. It used to be called the 'Boat and caravan Show' and IMO is a waste of time attending.

Only going as it's not far for me PLUS got some free tickets. So will be ok for a day out.

If anyone if coming down from the North on the M6 I can point you at a couple of local pubs to Cannock (jn12) that will allow overnight stays if you eat / drink in the pub.

Free tickets were from Rapido. Owners group on Facebook BUT ALL ALLOCATED now..

Daytime parking no issues, plenty of space. Just not allowed to stay overnight.

thanks, if you know anyone who wont be using their tickets ..... LOL

We have just been to the Stuttgart show, you just turn up and they park you in the lorry parking area with loads of hook up points, if that gets full they open up another one €25 per night and 100 metres from the show, why does it have to be so difficult here?

I phoned the nec today as I can’t believe there’s no overnite anymore! They said there loads of campsites within 10 radius but surely there was a call for overnights ? Mayb they should of reduced prices if they found the need was no longer there :(
Will go to October one now as they do overnights

Suggest booking camping at NEC as soon as it is released as it is likely to be fully booked a long time before the Show as has been in previous years.

Yes thanks I thought that will phone cmc tomorrow

We are going and tried to book the NEC campsite when details were first released before Xmas. Contacted the C&MH club (caravan club) who usually do it and was told they were surprised that NEC were not prepared to allocate north car park so no on site camping this year. We are staying in a hotel overnight. Actually not a massive difference in price!
