We’ve just invested in a 2018 Hymer B708SL and as per attached pictures there is a light in one of the night storage pockets next to the island bed. Anyone got any ideas on what is is and what it may be for. Apparently it was added by previous owner and dealer is not that helpful…..
Thanks for any help.

Many thanks everyone for suggestions. I’ll have to check whether is is hiding usb socket(s) but you certainly can’t turn it or press it. Therefore I can rule out panic button and the butler said it doesn’t call him when I do try and press it…..;)

keep you posted once I’ve checked the usb option.

The previous owner may have stopped in a lot of mid budget hotels and was used to having a neon light to show where the on-suite is. 😊

Pleased to confirm it is a double USB with cover swinging to the side- all I’ve got to do now is find a way of removing the annoying blue led light and the world will be right!!
thanks to everyone for your help especially Billy192.

Does it not gave a means to isolate it, a hidden switch glide by? Think you might struggle removing the blue light, it'll probably be a sealed unit, mine was. Just cut a circle of black vinyl and stick it over it and cut a slot for the usb sockets. That's all I did.

You can buy them without lights and with an on/off switch
