My IPad thinks I am in Belgium.

Noticed on Fun that I have a Belgium flag denoting my location.
I know Storm Bert is strong down here on the south coast but it’s not blown us that far.
Tried reading up online about it but TBH I don’t really understand how to get my IP addresses changed.
My phone and my wife’s phone and IPad are all behaving normally.
Lotto won’t let me log in from the iPad as it thinks I am not in the UK.
Any advice in layman’s terms would be greatfully received.

We were somewhere other than UK, quite possibly Belgium as well but now we are back (y)

Go to Settings. Click on your name and then select Media & Purchases. Select View account. Check Country/ region.
 
If you’re in the UK then turn location on in your ipad.
  1. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.
  2. Turn on.

Yes. Location services on. Google maps goes straight to my location. Furthermore I used what’s my IP address and the map showed my location here in West Sussex.
The mystery continues.
As I’ve written this post it shows a Union flag under my name but I’m sure it will change.

I’ve grown increasingly fond of Belgium since our pup got her pet passport there. I wonder if having a Belgian flag may mean the 90 in 180 doesn’t apply to you?

What is really strange is that as I replied to your post it displayed the Belgian flag. As I write this reply it is displaying the Union flag but I know that it will change.
I’m wondering if I am caught up in some strange time worm hole 😂
Update : Back to Belgian flag.
 
What browser are you using? Opera browser has a free VPN feature 🤔
