Hello this is our first van with a solar panel. I am trying to understand why the mppt pro is in standby mode. The app suggests that charge is available but the battery sign on the app only ever stays at one bar even in bright sunshine. Is it changing the leisure battery or not??

Is not on stand by, is in Float, why? Probably the settings are not right. Any chance for a snippet with the settings? And what battery you have?

Less than 2 watts showing on the panels though, doesn't look right.

Setting look ok to me except re bulk I would change to 13.6v and double the duration bulk.
Try to reboot the controller; disconnect the solar, then disconnect the battery. After 1-2mins reconnect the battery, wait few moments and check the auto voltage selection that has selected 12v system. If it hasn't, select 12v manually. After that re connect the solar.
It seems to be stuck in float at 12.5v at the moment, and nothing in the settings stops it. Maybe a controller glitch.
Try the reset procedure I described above.

Bulk duration = 120 minutes looks wrong to me, is that why it's gone to float?
