This year in Portugal 🇵🇹 we have been plaque by the rotten little buyers. Poor Rose. With her broken wrists can't fight them of. And we must not forget the flies. We are in park Tavira. And I think that the bugs are following us from Silves. Oh

Go in the winter you don’t get them around then😂

We’ve just come up through Portugal Mrs Jones suffers badly from mozzies so before we left I did some reseurch and found this recommend by Bear Grills Mrs is well impressed and has not suffered this time, I even found if I apply a little bit to my legs it keeps the flys away bonus,

Florence in May, swarms of them 🤬🤬
Luckily pretty much clear all the other places we visited.

Another “bonus” of climate change. I chatted to a southern France resident a couple of summers ago, and they also mentioned the EU had banned spraying of stagnant water as well as a way to control them. The pesticides included the now banned neonicotinoids, so the problem is only going to get worse.
The very bitey Asian Tiger mossies have been found throughout France this year with only Normandy still escaping them…only a matter of time before they cross the channel.…

I have 3 Michelin stars in the Mosquito Fine dining guide I'll have you know. Just my luck that they are the only females that find me utterly irresistible

Anyone wants to avoid mosquitos, just stand a few feet away from me!

Broad spectrum multi B vitamins work for me. I’d buy them from zipvit.
I used to be the only one out of the 5 of us bitten, when on holiday in the Greek islands. Ralph andthe kids hardly ever got a bite.
I’d have deet all over. Things round my wrists and ankles and those candles or spiral things lit, when eating out. I’d be bitten and the bites would erupt like volcanos. Swollen up legs arms where ever they got me.
Resulting in antibiotic cream, etc and looking like Quasimodo all holiday.
Just Taking a vitamin tablet meant if I got bit, which wasn’t often, it was nothing just an itch and a bit of a red mark. Eased by dabbing with an afterbite pen. Game changer for me.

Apparently scientists /researchers have found no evidence that vitamin b works. The usual deet stuff did and surprisingly a perfume from Victoria secret called Bombshell was very effective for up to 2 hours.

Holiday in Scotland...there isn't a bug problem there...,,🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟🦟,😀👍

3 weeks in France using Aires and we seem to have been near water on every one.
Not seen many Mozzies but did kill a huge one, think it was Godzilla of the Mozzy nation!

I found putting a couple of stickers around the van helped.
