Mototrhome 5G internet no playing ball

Morning all,

We have a ZTE mobile internet router that we had fitted to our van when we purchased it 5 Months ago we tried to get this working at home and went to the dealer so he could sort it for us, all was working until we have reached Spain and wanted to set this up with the fire stick to see what was going on at home, the chip is loaded and has been put onto data roaming, when i have turned it on and tried to get the internet working a message comes up on the screen to say that connection has failed please login and check, now i am no techno head on these sorts of things, i have looked but unable to see any login details, i have the password that i thought would do it but not so, has anybody had this problem at all, and where would i find the login details.
I am at a loss what to do next.

What simm card network are you using? Has it been setup for roaming in other countries?

Hi Jev88, i have got a Superdrug sim and is set on data roaming i did this before we left the uk and checked yesterday when i wanted to watch a bit of TV, i looked on the modem and it said data roaming and i clicked yes and went straight to roaming, hope i have done this correct.

Have you input the APN details to the router for your sim provider, super drug? Often you need to do this before you start roaming, so whilst in UK.

Have you tried manually logging onto a different network?
I had a Superdrug sim 2/3 years ago when they were doing unlimited data roaming. It was a PIA you only had to move a few miles and you would have to try selecting different networks until it worked.

All the details had been out in before we left the UK, and the connection is working on the laptop but not on my phone or TV, keeps saying i need to log, i am using the campsite internet at the moment.

Sounds like a problem with logging into your router.
