Motorway tag for Portugal

We are off to Portugal at the end of April, using the ferry to Santander going directly to Portugal then spending three weeks touring before we arrive at Tavira where we meet up with friends then travelling back through Spain and France (stopping off at Puy du Fou) We normally take the "slow road" but know we will end up on motorways whilst in Portugal. We are 3850kg and 2.95mtr high, which is the best " tag" to get?

You are able to like your credit card via an app to pay your tolls automatically. There are gantries over the toll roads that read your plates with out having to stop and they have the cost between each gantry.
