I'm a newbie
Hello everyone, as a newbie to Wi-Fi and streaming, we are having a nightmare of time trying to log into our Wi-Fi in Spain.
We had a Motorhome Wi-Fi fitted back in October and still can’t sign in!! Went back to company that installed it and they connected through our Amazon Firestick. Unfortunately, since in Spain, it just won’t connect. We purchased a Poppit sim for £25 with unlimited data which was put into device by the installer. Now being charged for it despite being unable to use it. Having to purchase campsite Wi-Fi instead.
We are currently at El Raco campsite in Benidorm so if any funsters out there can give us any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated before I have a mental breakdown.
Oh, and the device is supported by an Huawei app but my apple mobile stated it’s not trustworthy and won’t let me use it!!
I’ve attached photos for ease of reference.
Oh, and just to add to this dilemma, the Motorhome Wi-Fi company who were meant to come back with info are now stating they are on Xmas leave!!!

When I try and use the Huawei 192.168.8.1 home page for my Huawei router my Apple devices won’t open it -site not trusted - I click on -open webpage anyway- and it then opens with no problems, I think it stems from when Huawei had a bad rep in America.
Have you got roaming turned on.

My suspicion is that you need to have entered the APN details into the Huawei device to enable roaming to operate abroad.

Forget trying to use the Huawei App thingy on your phone. You should be able to log into it using the standard internet browser on your phone. Based on your last image, try typing 192.168.8.1 as the address into your browser which should then bring up the log in page on which you can use your administrator user name and password. You may get warnings the site is insecure - ignore them as you are connecting only to your router, which is local and it wont have the interweb based security certificate padlock things.

Once logged in you should be able to move through the admin tabs to set up the APN details for Popit. From their website they say:
Name: EE Internet
APN: everywhere
Username: eesecure
Password: secure
MMSC: [Broken Link Removed]
MMS Proxy: 8080
Authentification Type: PAP
APN Type: internet+MMS
Then ensure roaming is also active.

To check if you still have useable data on the SIM. Go to My Popit at the top or bottom of the page and enter your email or mobile number and the password received when you activated your account. At the top of the screen, you will see your usage; if any of these are on “0″ you are all out!

Also, yes to the 100GB limit; for £25 it's 100GB and you can use it all but no more unless you purchase extra.

Also, yes to setting up the APN on the router and turning on roaming too.

The issue is with you Huawei router, not the firestick. As others have said, you need to log in to the router & make sure the settings are ok. I have the Huawei app on my iPhone, & you have to actually select the router in your iPhone wifi settings before you open the app. It will then connect & you will be able to change the setting. Once you are on the internet on your phone, your Firestick will connect to the Huawei. Poppit is only 100GB, so make sure you are not over. We used a sim from Tiekom - 400GB for €43 - also get 200 GB outside of Spain. I’m sure Camino (Camin.arias@tiekom.com) would post a sim to the campsite - she’s really helpful.

We have the same Tiekom 400 GB and it works like a charm, Camino PR is excellent normally replies within the hour, totally the opposite of RWG who never responded to my emails and very occasionally answered the phone,
