Just curious,looking at the weights on my van. I’m assuming 3200kg is weight of the van and 1 and 2 are the axle weights and those 2 together is 3400 kg ,so why 200kg difference ?
Also what does 4500kg represent?

Yes, 3200kg is Maximum Laden Weight. 1650kg is Maximum Front Axle, and 1750kg is Maximum Rear Axle. You cannot have both front and rear at their Maximum weight, hence the 200kg difference
4500kg is Maximum Train Weight ie Van + Trailer

You'd imagine minor up plating would be possible. Whether it's worthwhile of not is debatable.
