Hi all,
We are currently planning a motorhome trip for about three weeks next July to Canada.
We have sourced and hired a van in Montreal and are looking to go to thousand island / Ottawa and Toronto regions of Ontario.
Have any of you guys been to that area with advice on camping sites and things to see.
We have noticed some sites are fully booked already ( and very expensive) and are worried we could already be too late.
Any tips or recommendations on all things motorhoming in Canada would be massively appreciated, especially etiquette and rules on camping and national parks.
Thanks funsters 👍

Yes camp sites are very expensive. But motels are cheaper in most cases

g off Tadoussac was the highlight of our east coast trip. Camp site there is pretty good, walkable to town (for a brit! - though uphill back)
Stoneham et tukesbury Great Lake canoeing and good site with mooses.

Quebec old city good
Didn't go to Montreal as a half hour train from site.
Remember distances are long, and roads often boringly straight with bill boards etc.
Nigara falls impressive as long as you don't look behind you at casino city.
