I'm a newbie and always will be. You never know it all.
Has anyone got any up to date experience/knowledge of Calder Valley Motorhomes?
I know GAVLAD posted a link in 2017 and Hagnap in 2019 obviously I know they are still members but are there any more resent follow up reviews?
I an seriously looking at using this company as they are not far from me.

Thanks
Les

barsteward did you use Calder Valley motorhomes in the end?
Hi Howard, No I ended up going to a local garage that has the facilities to MOT it as well. I did think however that it was a bit expensive but then it was very conveniant.

I used Calder Valley in Ravensthorpe. Never ever again. Did my MOT and put on the advisory I had the wrong tyres on but passed it!!!. Funny enough he had 4 tyres in stock which he could fit me in now for £960 (on offer). My motorhome was purchased from a very reputable dealership in Lytham so I very much doubt the tyres were not for a motorhome. Also I checked and there is no such advisery on the MOT advisory test.
Also when I declined the tyre offer they tried 'new tyres' part 2 by pointing out I had a screw in one tyre and again I needed 4 new ones because you can't just replace 1. What a scam outfit. If you use them be aware of the scare tactics they use. Check out the photos attached and you decide if I need 4 new tyres.
