Downloaded, but a tiny point, in the heading it reads "everyone concerned about there security at home and abroad."
It should of course be "their security"

Once you start reading ebooks you realise that proof-reading is a way of increasing costs and is therefore reserved for print editions .

You'll find a few more grammatical errors before you get to the end of Chapter one, but just live with it - Gordon (an ex-teacher, so used to spotting them!)

PS I usually try not to criticize, on the grounds of "people in glass houses ...."

PPS I think it's against the Rules, so DEFINITELY don't criticize Jim .

Every day's a school day .... I had the same page of computer text when trying to download to my iPad and have occasionally experienced this in the past. I have always assumed their was a glitch and just came out of the thread.
Going via Safari worked and the Security Handbook is now in my Ebooks library

Hi I’ve just tried to download the handbook on my iPad and it worked for me. Press download then open in iBooks and it’s all there ready for you to read.
