Motorhome Insurance NCB query

Hello campers,
We are on our way to pick up our motorhome. I’m waiting to arrive at my location to check all the police deta are correct. I have a nagging worry about applicable no claims discount and I’m hoping someone could enlighten us!

This is our first motorhome not our first time driving large vehicles, I noticed on some searches it specifies NCB for motorhome driving. But this wasn’t the case with caravan and Motorhome insurance the specific question on the e form wasn’t asked in the e form?

I will be checking and ringing later when we arrive at destination but it’s playing on my mind and spoiling my peace and pleasure!

Bit confused by your question reference the police data.

When we insured our first motorhome the insurer took in to account my cars NCB as registered owner and main driver and applied a discount, all I had to do was provide proof of NCB from my cars renewal paperwork. From year 1 you will start to build NCB on the MH policy.

Some companies build NCB on a Moho and some just mirror what you have on a car.

I presume that should have read Policy Data

It seems to vary from provider to provider whether they allow NCD from/with other vehicles or just 'knock something off'.
