Motorhome Exterior Windscreen cover - Fiat/Peugeot - OOps

Well, I think I have made another purchase error. I bought a used Taylormade windscreen cover from Facebook marketplace in excellent condition yesterday. But looking on the Taylormade site, it appears I need a different one as they have 2 types, pre 2015 and after. My van is 2014 Elddis Accordo. I looked at the ad and it was a 2016 model with the new headlights, but I missed this on my phone screen.

Anyone know how much difference there is between the size of the model years and will the new one fit the old vans?

It looks like it may have to go back on sale. Its the second time I have done this as I bought a Safefil bottle which was 15mm too wide to fit my gas locker. I havent told the wife yet

The x290 Ducato was just a heavy facelift of the x250. The dimensions and things like the mirrors are all in the same place. It's already open, so try it and see if it fits?

We had a Taylor made on a 2014 Ducato Adria, it also fit a 2017 Ducato Burstner

I had a Taylormade external cover purchased for my 2008 Fiat Ducato based Motorhome. I use it now on my 2020 Fiat based Motorhome with no problems. It fits perfectly.

Just ring up Taylormade, I have always found them very helpful.

It will fit fine as others have said. Not a Taylormade but our Silverscreen is the same one we bought for our first 2002 Boxer based, that also fitted the 2008 and the 2016 Fiats.

You could always ‘go for a drive’ in your car and see if there are any other ‘vans around that you could try your screen cover on…………!!
