Motorhome and Caravan Club Insurance

Has any one got motorhome insurance with the Motorhome and Caravan Club?
If so what experience of making a claim, both good and bad, have you experienced.

Yes, insured from last May. The broker is Devitt the insurer is Highway which is part of LV. Just making a small claim as had an altercation with 2.5m awning at a Super U in Le Man's, centre Remis scraped and cracked, Sat dish housing broken and dish dented hopefully all being replaced soon!
Only issue was following up on the initial phone call which is through a 3rd party, the policy docs are not clear who to ring once the claim is in progress (Highway) but all sorted and ongoing.

Thanks, ironically currently insured by LV but Devitt/Highway are quoting over a £100 cheaper for the renewal

Same here, had been with LV for a few years before testing the market. Seems that LV didn't want to deal direct with MH's so now done thro Highway!
