Anyone know of an insurance company that offers a fully comp motorbike policy for between 180 to 365 days?

I was asking this the other day for our scooter
All I could find was

LV Liverpool & Victoria they do up to 180 days for a quote you have to phone
was quite expensive thou

Also

MCE Bike Insurance the do up to 183 days cover worked about £100 dearer than our cheapest quote.

If you find another would appreciate it you let us know

Best I can find is MCE with 183 days.

£120 for a Honda 125.

Can always cancel it after 183 days. With the admin fees I'd probably get £10 back but at least I could insure it again with them the next day :)

How do they know when the bike was taken abroad if it is going on the back of a motorhome?

Gosh it was more than that for our 125 scooter
Presume if you have a claim they would know when you have left the country.
Lots go never worrying about the 90 days.

Also we worked out that by doing it now we have 90days either side of Christmas for when we’re away all winter

I have a full license. Had it 40 years!

My 390cc bike insurance was about £100 with no NCD (third party, fire & theft)

Ha ha Tony has had Grandad rights but decided to pass his test this July so we could get a scooter and he could take me.
With Hasting Direct it’s £131 to insure it but for only 90 days Europe cover would of like more

How do you work that one out ? It is 90 days for the policy term usually ? Not per calendar year.
