Morocco insurance

Can anyone advise of full comp insurance for our trip to Morocco. We are currently insured with caravan guard. Any advice would help

The insurers that have been mentioned to me are, Saga and LV.

Just insured with LV. You then have to apply for a green card. Ours cost about £70 for about 8 weeks.

Are you able to confirm that they offer fully comprehensive cover for Morocco?

I only want fully comprehensive insurance for our trip early next year. We are currently in Spain and will contact caravan guard to see if they would cover us for the trip when we return home close to Christmas.

Lv for us £73 for 2.5 months fully comp in morocco but no breakdown cover. But we were already with lv on our van and car

The 3 insurances, health, house and van are the biggest obstacal in this moraccan venture i've found.

We had the same problem with getting fully comp for Turkey. We were with Caravan Guard but they will not cover Turkey or Morocco so had to change to the NFU who gave us a green card for Turkey.

The 3 insurances for us are/were:

Van : LV £290 inc EU breakdown + £73 Green Card. Renewal 4/1/24

Health : LV European inc Morocco 180 days per year up to 90 days per trip. Renewal due 4/1/24

Home: just about to go with Admiral this year who are okay with planned 90 day trips as long as some one pops in to the apartment once a week. Contents only £43!
