MobilSat dish problems

Hi does anybody know of a repairer who can help me as my MobilSat will no longer find satellites just keeps going round until it locks up with the message 'search failed mechanical lock' think it's out of alinement, I live in Suffolk and tried caravan dealers and aerial companies nobody is able to help, e-mailed the maker in Italy but they are on shut down until the end of the month.

If you're a lower volume user like us then Bin it and buy a firestick, you can watch what you want, when you want and where you want.

hi have you tried updating , or is it the older model that can't be updated in which case you have to get a new control box £400 plus .
