Mobility Scooter Hire? Annecy

Started planning a trip for May, will be taking the Father-in law with us, whilst he insists he's perfectly mobile, he's really not. Any pointers for hiring a mobility scooter over there much appreciated.
Oh, and we're taking the dog, so there's all that malarky to sort out as well.
