Mobile / Sat Nav Holder Bracket

I assume this is a base plate for some sort of holder. I would like to use it, but I dont know where to buy the holder to attach to it. Does anyone recognise the brand / model?

Looks like a Garmin mount Camper 760/780. The plate that you have twists onto the back of the sat nav and you then insert a push fit the ball end of a plastic bracket; the other end has a large suction pad with a push down bracket to apply pressure. We attach ours to the [otherwise redundant] interior mirror so that a quick glance at the satnav gives next turn and current vehicle speed etc very easily.
