Trying to help a friend out who has one of those things with wheels but no engine.
The mixer taps in caravans or MH's have a mixing cartridge which is notorious for developing leaks.

They are so prone to leaking that I keep a spare.
I have replaced several over the years – like the one below. You unscrew the big hex nut and out it comes – the green cartridge in the picture.
There are a lot of youtube videos shown this type of replacement.

So I stripped down the one on the caravan expecting to find the above but instead I found the one below.

Its not threaded it might be an interference fit under the lugs but I am not sure.
I held the outer part in “mole grips” and tried to turn the inner with nose pliers but it would not move.
Didn’t want to apply any more force in case I broke something.
Perhaps a special tool I needed?
Can’t find any instructions about replacing this type.
I have put it up on various forums.

People have come back to me saying they have exactly the same problem but no solution.
Anyone had any experience of these. Many thanks

You need to remove the black inner bit. It does the same job as the metal nut you are used to.

I‘m sure there must be a special box spanner for it, but I used adjustable spanner with jaws pointing downward. And once used the old chisel (blunt screwdriver) to get the first movement.
