Hi Funsters,

The diary at White House Farm is empty at the moment for May 2012, and we seem to have recovered enough to comtemplate next year, so would you like me to provisionally book another meet for 2012, maybe 1 week earlier so as not to clash with Newbury.
Please bear in mind that this venue is popular with c &cc and various other groups, Phil & Chris have said that if necessary we could have the whole site.
So FUNSTERS its up to you xx

if theres nowt else on (whats a calender :Laughing:)why not move it forward to the bank hol weekend and make a long weekend meet ?

Hi Folks

Unfortunately, the site is always full on a bank holiday with other regular visitors including the rally field which of course is charged at the full price and not the rally price, so therefore I would say that on a bank holiday it is a no no. What about the weekend of the 11th May 2012

Ayup Sheila - we nearly ended up on the waiting list. Definately count us in, however Lynda remarked about Lynne & Cheynes wedding do, which Im sure is pencilled in around end of April/early May. Wouldnt want to clash.
