Mirror Guard

Hi all,
I am trying to order a pair of mirror guards for a Fiat (Ducato) based 2017 Nuevo, does anyone know whether I need short, medium or long.
Auto sleeper don't know, and more surprising neither does the manufacturer of the mirror guard.
