Mini bus windows converting to camper / how ? / what ? / way to blank windows of for building interior layout be respectable and avoid condensation?

Converting mini bus Mercedes to camper ..windows issue ie condensation / glass safety / in and outside ..insulate and be able to build internal fittings over the windows ..suggestions please…
