Arrived in Millau this afternoon, didn't book anything but tried 3 campsites and they are all full, we were on the way to the aire when Aneta spotted a couple of vans on the grass in front of the Roc et Canyon place, I pulled in and she asked the girls in the office if we can stay and they said yes (I hope it's their land )

The other 2 vans have gone now, it's our own private aire won't be for long now it's on social media barriers up next year

We had a walk up the river 10 minutes to the camping Sandya les rivages site... They have 1 pitch left for tomorrow, and the price starts at €71 for the night.

When I asked the price the girls were sympathetic with my jaw hitting the floor but it's peak season and a very busy week also.

We were at Camping Les Erables, about two hundred metres around the corner in May. €13 a night.
There’s an aire at Aguessac a couple of miles out of town might be worth a look!
