Hi and welcome, sorry I can’t help but I’m sure someone will be along who can.
Love Norway and plan to visit again.

Hi Combi e 6 had a problem with the motor to circulate the heat so I removed the boiler and fitted a new one put back everything as it should be and now it’s not firing up the burner put new gas bottle on just to make sure But just won’t fire up. Code E36H comes up. I can restart and the code goes away and the truma try’s to start but won’t

Couple of things to check.
If the flue is below a window there can be a safety trip switch fitted to the window. If the window is open it the boiler won't fire up.
If you prise the letter box cover off the boiler there is a teeny tiny micro-switch.
Sometimes the boiler needs to be re-set.
If a small light is flashing red the pin head sized micro-switch needs pressing.
It flashes from red to orange then green { from memory ]
I have had to reset a few boilers.
If the boiler is buried in a tight place sometimes they are starved of air and a vent has to be fitted as the boilers over heat and trip out.
I don't work for Truma, I'm setting up as a self-employed Caravn and Motorhome engineer and this is what I have seen at the Dealership's that I have worked at.
You can also press and hold the exclamation mark on the controller as that is a reset as well.

I think it's loss loss of gas supply reset on unit under cable cover. A small push button switch is adjacent to the indication led try that.

Hi, i see from the pic of the Truma panel its set for a mixture of gas/lecy, if it lecy takes priority you wont hear anything, so try either gas or lecy not both, worth a try i suppose to see what happens.

Has it had time to purge the gas pipes of air after your refit? It can take a surprisingly long time.

You could have a blocked gas control valve that’s connected to the gas bottle. Had major problems with ours. Do the other gas using items work? Like the hob and the oven? Just a thought!

Stay Safe!

Hi thanks for all your replies but still problems. Have changed the motor fan and the water temp s and the pcb and the air temp s now it’s coming up e41h code is there someway off testing that. I get 02 oms on one and 80 oms on the other. So is it something I can check

Is there anybody got something to add

I have a phone number for Truma Boilers Derby 01283 587900, if i remember correctly it Truma HQ in Uk they also do repairs i think they might help you out thats best i can do good luck.

Thanks. But I hope people don’t do the same mistakes that I did. I replaced up to 15000k and all the service man put on the die gnostic tool and fix in 10minits I wish I could find one of this tools to purchase. Because I have 4 motor homes with truma. I see the newest version comes out with this reset built in theme

:hiya:
I can only help you by pointing you to another thread which shows where the reset button is, and also the chap gives useful information at the end about having to wait 15 minutes. Try reading it through, I know not same error code as you.

The original poster here Mike ! doesn’t seem to be around and was last seen May 2020.
If you need more help, do come back
Good Luck.

@DE & Mike ! I can only find 36 and that is ignitor or ignitor cable fault

Hi Mike and welcome.

E36 is telling you your igniter current is too high. There is no fix unfortunately, the igniter needs to be replaced and the cable harness needs checking or replacing too.
